PM Vishwakarma Yojana: Raising the future income of artisans

- In the second phase, loans up to Rs 2 lakh would be made available.
- After training, equipment purchases could receive up to Rs 15,000 in funding.
Qualifications for the Vishwakarma Program in Ladakh
- To be eligible for registration under the plan, unorganized sector workers, self-employed artisans, and one of them who is a person or craftsman must reside permanently in one of the 18 family businesses.
- An individual must be at least eighteen years old to register.
- As of the registration date, the recipient must be running the relevant business and cannot have borrowed funds in the preceding five years through PM Swanidhi, PMEGP, Mudra, or any other credit-based program administered by the federal or state governments.
- Husband, wife, and children who are not married will all be regarded as family members for the program’s registration and benefit eligibility reasons.
